So Good Productions is a prominent filmmaking collective that fosters original and thrilling projects across cinematic and digital platforms. Our company is focused on genre-based, narrative storytelling with thought provoking ideas, creative direction, and stunning visuals. Our powerful imaginations and subversive perspectives inject distinctly youthful charisma into every frame we shoot.
Our Story
Our philosophy sprouted over a decade ago with an all too familiar experience - an old Kodak camcorder and an instinctual call to press record. Starting at a young age, our vigorous curiosity sparked us to begin telling stories through a visual medium. Emboldened by this emergent passion, we embraced our position as young artists and channelled that energy into developing a signature, unmistakable voice.
Created in Colorado, SGP was influenced by the stunning natural landscapes that scatter the state and the small town anecdotes that wove its communities together. This manifested into a deep admiration for cinema and the filmmaking process in general. With that in mind, we channelled inspiration from a variety of different sources. Whether it be the type of genre, the scale of production, or the filming format, we found creative and visually oriented ways to express ourselves.
Initially, our emphasis laid only in short-form narrative productions. From our inception, we’ve approached projects holistically: actively writing, shooting, editing, and releasing short films in-house. As intrigue and support grew, we quickly evolved from tiny, guerilla style productions to independently producing short films with over 50 cast and crew members. Today, SGP Narrative continues to explore our creative endeavors as we develop narrative film projects at a higher rate than ever before. Check out some of our films here.

In 2025, SGP relocated to Los Angeles, California and established a commercial branch within the company. SGP Commercial offers video production services to clients looking for professional, sleek, and youthful promotion for their brand. In line with our narrative mission, we’re proud to carry over our holistic mentality, offering services including writing, shooting, and completing tedious post-production tasks like SFX and VFX. In the past year, SGP has been as productive as ever, with the collective releasing several short films and making countless commercial videos for clients of all industries.
